Anna has extensive experience in capital raising (on both the company and investor side) for technology companies from pre-seed through series E rounds.
Prior to joining Lowndes Jordan, Anna acted for a wide variety of clients primarily within New Zealand’s tech ecosystem at Kindrik Partners.
Earlier on in her career, Anna was based in-house in LanzaTech’s Chicago office for 8 years, and saw the company through a period of rapid growth and relocation to the US, technology scale-up (culminating in the start-up of its first commercial plant in China), and multiple fundraising rounds from multinational investors with cheque sizes up to US$70m.
Anna’s mix of in-house and private practice experience means she knows how to focus on the big picture when advising on risk, while still providing the robust advice and quality legal work that clients expect of a top niche law firm.
