Lowndes Jordan advise clients Next Capital and Jucy Group (2020) Limited on acquisition of a motorhome fleet from Apollo Tourism and Leisure
We are proud to have advised our clients, Next Capital and Jucy Group (2020) Limited (Jucy), on Jucy’s acquisition of a fleet of luxury motorhomes and associated assets from ASX-listed Apollo Tourism and Leisure (Apollo).
The acquisition will help the expansion of Jucy's New Zealand and Australian operations - providing 310 new vehicles and opening new locations in the Trans-Tasman market.
The acquisition involved various parties and financiers in multiple jurisdictions. Lowndes Jordan advised Next Capital and Jucy on all aspects of the acquisition including dealings with the NZCC, due diligence, negotiating the sale agreement and advising on the settlement process.
The NZCC and ACCC required the acquisition to complete as a condition to approving the merger between NZX-listed Tourism Holdings Limited and Apollo.
The Lowndes Jordan team was led by Michael Busch and Sarah Kerr (Partners), who were ably assisted by Benedict Stewart (Senior Associate) and Sophia Alber (Associate).
