SafeStack successfully concludes $6m capital raise

Congratulations to founders Laura Bell Main and Erica Anderson, and the whole SafeStack team, on the recent $4 million conclusion of their 2 stage $6 million seed capital raise, led now by Blackbird Ventures.  Lowndes Jordan partner Rick Shera acted for SafeStack and was assisted by associate Sophia Alber.  Rick notes “In addition to the confidence shown by Blackbird, it is very pleasing to see a who’s who of New Zealand and Australian early stage investors following on in this stage from their seed investments in 2021, including NZGCP, K1W1, Jelix Ventures, Carthona and NAB Ventures.  I am confident that this will see SafeStack taking off even further from here”.
